The state of Texas is pushing back big time against the left’s race baiters and race hustlers with an initiative to ban one of the most controversial curriculums in the history of the country: Critical Race Theory.
According to most popular descriptions, CRT — which is pushed mostly by left-wing black ‘scholars’ and their self-hating white allies — is a “legal analysis based on the premise that race is not a natural, biologically grounded feature of physically distinct subgroups of human beings but a socially constructed (culturally invented) category that is used to oppress and exploit people of color,” the Encyclopedia Britannica notes.
“Critical race theorists hold that the law and legal institutions in the United States are inherently racist insofar as they function to create and maintain social, economic, and political inequalities between whites and nonwhites, especially African Americans,” it continues.
The theory itself is patently racist because it paints the broad picture that white people are simply racist to begin with, and hopelessly so. What’s more, it pushes the lie that whites control everything and then use their power to specifically keep black people down.
It’s like the Civil War, the post-Civil War constitutional amendments, and the entire civil rights movement never happened or never changed anything — which, again, is simply absurd.
BREAKING: Texas introduces legislation to ban critical race theory indoctrination in K-12 schools. The bill would prohibit public schools from promoting race essentialism, collective guilt, and neo-segregation.

Rather, this ‘theory’ was developed by the American Marxist left for one purpose only: To hopelessly divide our country to the point where society is no longer civil and we simply collapse from within.
But the state of Texas isn’t having any of that.
Republican state Rep. James White introduced HB 4093, an education bill looking to end the teaching of critical race theory in public schools throughout the Lone Star State.
White’s measure would make it illegal for any teaching administrative bodies — including school districts and state agencies — to require teachers, administrators or employees to teach courses on concepts such as one race or sex being “inherently superior” to another or that “an individual, by virtue of his or her race or sex, is inherently racist, sexist, or oppressive, whether consciously or unconsciously.”
Also, schools and teachers would not be allowed to teach that people should be treated differently or “discriminated against” based on their race and sex and that “members of one race or sex cannot and should not attempt to treat others without respect to race or sex.”
The bill further prohibits schools from teaching students that someone’s morality comes by virtue of their skin tone and that a person “bears responsibility” for any past actions by members of their sex or race.
In short, it’s legislation that should not even be needed in 2021, given 160-plus years of making progress, legislatively and constitutionally, to realize the founders’ dream of colorblind equality throughout society.
The legislation goes on to require schools to teach students about crucial government documents and writings as well as “the fundamental moral, political, and intellectual foundations of the American experiment in self-government” (Civics 101, in other words).
The bill would also prohibit teachers from being required by state agencies, school districts, or administrations to “discuss current events or widely debated and currently controversial issues of public policy or social affairs.”
The legislation is similar to an executive action taken by former President Donald Trump — now repealed by Joe Biden — that would have prevented CRT from being required curriculum (for white people only) throughout the federal bureaucracy.
The September order barred federal taxpayer funds from being utilized by federal contractors to permit “race or sex stereotyping or scapegoating in the federal workforce.”
“Such ideas may be fashionable in the academy, but they have no place in programs and activities supported by federal taxpayer dollars,” the president said at the time. “Research also suggests that blame-focused diversity training reinforces biases and decreases opportunities for minorities.”
